My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. The rooms had the best beds but unfortunately were dirty and infested with bugs and mosquitoes. The issue with cleanliness, sticky floors, and malfunctioning AC made it the worst hotel experience for me.

Walking into the apartment felt like chlorine suffocating my children but the space was huge, much bigger than we needed, about 1100SF, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a huge walk-in shower in the master, and a screened-in balcony overlooking a lake. The room had a TV in the bedroom.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfy and cozy despite a slight smell of mold, and having a washer and dryer was a major convenience. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to all the theme parks. My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The location was perfect, close to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, and the convention center. The room, located all the way in the back in the Key West area, had a king bed and a huge attached bathroom, making it comfortable and convenient. The staff was always willing to go out of their way to assist, making the service top-notch. However, the dining experience could have been better with a more varied selection. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
