The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and offers spotless pools for entertainment. The rooms are excellent, featuring very comfortable beds and all the advertised amenities, but housekeeping may be inconsistent at times.

The hotel staff were lovely and friendly at all levels, and the whole place was clean. The rooms provided to us were determined by attending a presentation, and though they featured full cooking equipment, some elements could use refurbishment. Additionally, the rooms lack natural light, a balcony or patio, and a cooker.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. The rooms had the best beds but unfortunately were dirty and infested with bugs and mosquitoes. The issue with cleanliness, sticky floors, and malfunctioning AC made it the worst hotel experience for me.

Walking into the apartment felt like chlorine suffocating my children but the space was huge, much bigger than we needed, about 1100SF, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a huge walk-in shower in the master, and a screened-in balcony overlooking a lake. The room had a TV in the bedroom.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfy and cozy despite a slight smell of mold, and having a washer and dryer was a major convenience. The friendly service made me feel so welcome, although there were a few lapses, like not always being helpful unless it was about buying a timeshare. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to all the theme parks. The dining experience was good, especially not having to worry about bugs, even though the options were a bit limited. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor hiccups.
